Dodge ball- 5 burpee penalty for getting hit

 

Work out-

“Pet Rock” Partner WOD

Each team will get a 2 KB/DB/SB as a “Pet Rock” that can not touch the ground. One partner must hold Both Pet rocks while the other partner completes their part of the work out, then partners must switch positions. if Pet rock hits the ground, partners must due 20 Goblet squats while holding their pet.

 

WOD- Each team member must complete

3 RFT

You go I go style- when one partner completes all of their exercise partners switch and then move on to next exercise

50 Hurdle Hops

20 pull ups/ 40 ring rows

20 Squat thrusts

1 rope climb/ 3 recline rope climbs

400 m run – only one partner runs at a time

A partner WOD in 3 acts.

Act 1: 6 Minute AMRAP
• 15 Calorie Row on Airdyne
• KB Swings (53/35)
Score is # of KB Swings

Rest 3 Minutes

Act 2: 6 Minute AMRAP
• Turf Length there and Back Farmer’s Carry (as coach for weights)
• Burpee Pull-ups
Score is # of Burpee pull-ups

Rest 3 Minutes

Act 3: 6 Minute AMRAP
• 50 Double Unders
• Abmat Sit-ups
Score is # of Abmat Sit-ups

Teams of two work together partner A starts on first movement, while partner B starts doing as many reps of second movement as possible. They switch movements when partner A completes their task, continuing to accrue as many reps of movement B as possible in 6 minutes.

Teams can start on any of the 3 acts, but must rotate in order (ex. Start at 3, then move to 1, finishing at 2.
