Functional strength is a resistance program that will increase size and strength. Exercise selection is geared towards accommodating commercial gym settings and CrossFit athletes in search of supplementing their daily CrossFit WOD’s.

  • 2 sessions a week, 35-50 minutes per workout
  • Improve total body strength
  • Increase strength-endurance
  • Increase muscle tone, core strength and shoulder stability
  • Complete workout tracking, real-time data, exercise history
